Returns & Exchanges

At Access Denied, we want to ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchase; if you are not, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original, unused condition with all security tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and include the printed return authorization slip inside the package.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it firmly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
